We invite you the customer to a remote-support session via email or over the phone.
You then recieve an email with a link in that you click and instantly enter the support session.
Or, you can go to our support centre online and enter the 9-digit Support Key we gave you over the phone and click the Connect button.
We can now remotely view and control your computer to solve the problem just as if we were sitting at your desk!
If you have Skype we can also talk on video while working on your PC.
